Cozy, cozy, cozy
The spacious room had a view that took my breath away every morning. Breakfast was a delicious spread of choices, and I loved how the staff remembered my name! The outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip under the sun.
Can't recommend highly enough! ❤️😍

The location was excellent and perfect, close to Via Italia. We ate in the really nice restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The free parking was on-site, very good service.

We stayed for weekend and would stay here again. This was an exceptionally nice location next to the Casco Viejo and the uber, and shopping centre. It also was to the airport close to restaurants beautiful area❤😃
Well, the views were ugly here.

The staff was extremely helpful, and we enjoyed our stay in a newly designed double room.

Got brand-new, neat room with a great view. Location: the hotel was right by a shopping center, the nearest store and other shopping venues. Popped in Tumbao for shots before sleep, it was at walking distance from the venue.

Great location that's super close to shopping centers and Via Italia. Stayed here for 6 nights and definitely considering coming back. 🛍️

I liked the room, very comfortable. But you can give options to know which room has a good view. And not "lucky" like the man at the front desk said.
I didn't like the view.

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday, but on Thursday I changed the reservation and paid when I returned in the evening, I get out of the shower and ask you to tell me who it is, you say open the door I said I can't tell you, and in a rude tone the security tells me, it's that they are calling you from reception and you don't answer and I told you this phone hasn't rung and you come back and tell me to get out, bother me take the phone to call reception and it had no tone. I called from my cell phone to reception and I told the receptionist what the problem was and she said none, you are going to stay another night and I said that's right, when I arrived I told the person who answered if I owed anything to cancel and that I would stay another night. I close the call, I get back in the shower and knock again on the door with the same security and now louder, and I tell you what is going on and you come back and tell me to open the door, I tell you I am not going to open it, you are a daredevil, I tell you already I called the receptionist and how dare you again tell me to open the door if I am taking a bath. and I called the receptionist again and put the complaint on my cell phone. in the morning I showed the receptionist the calls and told her my complaint. I was not happy with the security because I got the impression that he wanted me to open the door anyway and that his insistence was different. Another complaint is that the quality of the breakfast has dropped, before the firm was much better, now it is the same every day.

Our room was kept clean and had an amazing view and king-size bed. the breakfast offered a lot of options, and the coffee and tea were good. - the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, so close to Multicentro Mall, Ferry Las Perlas deck, the Panama Canal, and the Cinta Costera around the bay.

The room is very comfortable and has a nice view. The breakfast is quite good.. The facilities are new and it's very quiet to rest
The receptionists are not nice and it seems from their treatment that they have no interest in helping you.

The complimentary upgrade to a superior room with a view was a nice gesture. the breakfast was tasty and great, especially the freshly made smoothies. - the location of the hotel was marvelous, just a short stroll away from Parroquia San Mateo.

I love the variety of breakfast, prices on the menu are quite affordable. Its location is spectacular, you can do many things in its surroundings its walk in the Cinta Costera, breeze that you feel in its terrace, view towards the city. What else can I recommend?
I love staying at the Plaza Paitilla Inn. The only drawback is the pillows, they should put more and be more comfortable
